High temperature nylon refers to the nylon material that can be used in an environment above 150℃ for a long time. The melting point is generally 290℃~320℃, and the thermal deformation temperature of glass fiber modification is greater than 290℃. It also maintains excellent mechanical performance over a wide temperature range and high humidity.
At present, mature industrial high temperature nylon varieties are PA46, PA6T, PA9T and PA10T
Because of its good mechanical properties, high temperature nylon is widely used in machinery, electricity and industry
Electronic and electrical high performance materials have excellent comprehensive properties, in order to meet the requirements of electronic and electrical use, reinforced materials have the following properties :
Ø Above 270℃ thermal deformation temperature
Ø Excellent dimensional stability
Ø High strength, high modulus, high impact strength
Ø High strength, high modulus, high impact strength shrinkage
Ø High temperature and solder resistance
Ø Excellent electrical insulation
Mechanical industry high performance materials have excellent comprehensive properties. In order to meet the requirements of mechanical industry components, the reinforced materials have the following properties:
Ø High temperature resistance, over 270℃ thermal deformation temperature
Ø Chemical resistance
Ø High strength, high modulus, anti fatigue
Ø Excellent dimensional stability
Ø Excellent heat resistance and water resistance
Ø Excellent oil resistance
