First, the characteristics:

1High strength, high toughness, high creep resistance, high torque: applicable to pipe fittings, joints, valve bodies, etc. with some internal threads for support and protection.

2High temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, UV resistance: medical equipment and parts suitable for high temperature cooking and ultraviolet sterilization.

3Small specific gravity and simple molding: because the PPS has a small specific gravity, the injection molding method is simple and efficient, and can replace metal materials such as aluminum alloy, copper alloy, and stainless steel, which can greatly reduce product cost, improve work efficiency, and save processing cost.

4 Self-flame retardant: it has its own flame retardant V0 grade, no need to add any flame retardant, and self-extinguishing from the fire. Can produce piping systems with flame retardant or fire protection requirements
