Plastic alloy refers to the blending of two or more plastics to form a material. It has the excellent properties of both materials in performance. It is not a simple mixture of two materials. It must have special equipment and unique processes and aids.

PC-ABS

1. PC-ABS is a blended material of PC and ABS. It is usually supplied in pellet form after blending. If the two materials are simply mixed and then injected directly, the effect is very poor, and delamination will occur.

2. The advantages of PC are rigidity and toughness, but the disadvantages are stress cracking and high viscosity; the advantage of ABS is good fluidity, but low surface hardness; the blended material PC-ABS retains the advantages of both.

3. PC-ABS has higher surface hardness, higher rigidity and toughness, and higher resistance to stress cracking; its mechanical properties are somewhere in between.

PC-PBT

1. PC-PBT is a blended material of PC and PBT. It is usually supplied in pellet form after blending. If the two materials are simply mixed and then injected directly, the effect is very poor, and delamination will occur.

2. The advantage of PC is that it is rigid and tough at room temperature, but under high temperature conditions, thermal deformation is serious. The disadvantage is stress cracking and high viscosity; the advantage of PBT is that its rigidity is not affected by temperature and its deformation is small; the blended material PC-PBT retains the advantages of both.

3. PC-PBT has high surface hardness, high rigidity and toughness, high resistance to high temperature deformation, and high resistance to stress cracking; its mechanical properties are somewhere in between.

PC-PMMA

1. PC-PMMA is a blended material of PC and PMMA. It is usually supplied in pellet form after blending. If the two materials are simply mixed and then injected directly, the effect is very poor, and delamination will occur.

2. Both PC and PMMA are highly transparent materials, but the refractive index of the two materials is different. If the two materials are blended, it will still delaminate. It is precisely because of the delamination that there will be A unique phenomenon---it can emit special light.

3. PC-PMMMA plastic is transparent, odorless, non-toxic, and can emit special light. It is a high-end food packaging material.

TPU

TPU is a kind of thermoplastic elastomer, commonly known as urethane rubber. PU is the abbreviation of polyurethane. It is mainly used to produce foamed materials, which is commonly referred to as sponge, but it cannot be injection molded. Sponge is a highly elastic material, so people use a modified method in order to be able to produce it by injection molding.

The natural color of TPU is slightly yellow, and it is supplied in the form of pellets.

The advantage of TPU is that it has excellent elasticity at low and normal temperatures, just like rubber; it has excellent oil resistance, at the same time, it has excellent wear resistance and puncture resistance, and has excellent outdoor aging resistance; and Friction and no noise, these properties make it the best material for tire production. In addition, it can also be used as a sealing ring and vibration damping equipment.
